Reservations are available from September 24 - 27, 2018. The contracted rates are available 3 days prior to September 24th and 3 days after September 27th.
The importance of reserving a room at The Chateaux at Deer Valley for the 5th Chemical Looping Conference (CLC) cannot be stressed enough. The conference organizers and the University of Utah have made every effort to find the right venue that will meet the needs and goals of the conference while keeping participant expenses in mind. The best hotel rates have been negotiated. When 5th CLC attendees reserve a room at The Chateaux, they show their support of the meeting and help make the event a financial success.
How to make a reservation
Lodging reservations should be made by August 24, 2018 as the discounted conference rates will no longer be available after that date. The 1st night's room and tax deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and is due at booking. All conference sessions will be held at The Chateaux.
Guests can make lodging reservations by calling 1-877-288-2978 and mentioning the group name UofU ICCL to receive the group rate.
Online Reservations
Reservations for the contracted nights of September 24 - 27, 2018 can also be made online. **Guests who would like to extend their reservation before or after the contracted conference nights of September 24 - 27, 2018 should make their reservation online for the contracted dates and then call (1-877-288-2978 ) or email reservations@steinlodge.com to add the additional nights to their existing reservation.**
